Why was the woman`s act so pleasing to Jesus? This woman's act was pleasing to Jesus because it showed her love and devotion to Him and it was in preparation for His dying on the cross to save us. Blessings.

Why was the woman`s act so pleasing to Jesus? JESUS was touched by her faith and true act of love. She recognized JESUS as someone who was truly special and for the people of the day, an expensive jar of ointment was hard to come by, which I'm sure made the act much more pleasing to JESUS.
