How do you think Peter felt after his discussion with Jesus? one can only imagine. Peter seemed to have gained some humilty by this time because Jesus ,like the great physician he is was performing surgery on Peter's heart asking him three times if he loved him and Peter's response was that our lord new how he felt. I believe Peter felt relieved that Jesus had forgiven him and had the beginings of understanding of who Jesus really is and what task he was to perform for Jesus.

Why did God choose such a unique way (through a virgin birth) to bring Jesus into the world? God wanted Jesus to be born of his likeness in spiritual form yet with a human body. pure with no human father.
