Jews understood Jesus' sayings to exhalt Himself above the reverent Abraham. In their minds, Abraham was second to God, not Jesus, whom was not yet fifty. Also, Jesus claimed His divinity when He said, 'I AM'! To the Jews, this was blasphemy, deserving of stoning.

I was grafted into the living vine. I can now call God, Father, Abba! As His child, I am a co-heir, with Christ, to the Kingdom where a room is prepared for me. I am blessed with the gifts of the Holy Spirit. As His child, I can go to my Father boldy and He receives me with unmeasurable love. When He looks upon me I am seen without sin. And He desires to share His knowledge with me, but He also loves hearing me talk to Him about whatever I desire. With God as my Father, I have freedom to receive in abundance all that is godly. Through the grace of Abba, I am free.
