Why didn`t Jesus condemn the woman caught in adultery? Because Jesus came into the world, not to condemn us, but to save us. He died for our sins. Blessings.

Nicodemus was obviously aware of the Law, being a Pharisees. When he first spoke with Jesus (John 3:2), he learned what it takes to be born again. He believed what Jesus said. Nicodemus knew Jesus to be the Savior.
