How does one, in our current day eat the flesh of Jesus and drink His blood? Traditionally it is taking of the Holy communion, but it is so much more than that! it is reading Gods word (the Bible) asking Jesus for understanding and wisdom of his word and following his word to the best of our ability, remembering that we have the Holy Spirit's help. In other words Jesus words are our nourishment.
