Why was sending Jesus to live on earth such an effective way for God to tell people about Himself?

To show the people that the powers of God are real. Seeing is believing and for people to see God's powers displayed through his Son made it easier to accept. He was able to touch so many people in so many different ways by being here and amongst them. And mainly to show his faith and love for man that he was willing to make the ultimate sacrifice of his Son for their sins.

What are your learning goals for John`s biography of Jesus?

I just want to learn as much as I can about Jesus and his teachings of God's word. I want to be a better person and I want to feel the warmth and passion of the Holy Spirit within my soul.

Describe the key points you learned in Luke`s biography?

The miracle of John the Baptist and Jesus being born to Elizabeth and Mary to teach God's word to the masses. How at an early age Jesus knew his calling and how he was able carry out the message. He chose his deciples and made believers of them to go throughout the lands to tell of the words of God and also to show the powers of God. Jesus knew his role and accepted it with willingness even tgough he knew he was to sacrificed to forgive the sins of man.
