So we just concentrate on what is in front of us; read the bible and pray to God daily. Jesus claimed that after a future period of destruction and distress, he (The Son of Man) will come back to earth with great power and glory. What did Jesus say he would do at that time? He would render judgement on us, and gather the chosen ones for the Kingdom of God.
