Before the storm they feared for their lives and had no faith. After the storm, and after Jesus calmed the sea, they began to have faith and their fear was turned towards Jesus and the fact that they exhibited no faith earlier. King Herod held power to kill as desired, yet he himself feared many things. What did he fear? Do have have any of his fears? Herod fear God for he knew John was righteous and holy man. Yes, I fear the God.
