Brief Summary of Jesus

Jesus was born during the 1st century in Palestine. He was born in Bethlehem and lived in Nazareth. At age 30 he started his minisitry which proclaim that the Kingdom of God had arived. Jesus proclaimed that we should live a life focused on God. We should not be concerned about ourselves but rather to bring the Kingdom of God to the present through our faith in Him. Jesus declared that He was the Son of God, which caused Him to be crucified. However, on the third day after His death He was resurected. This without doubt proved His Diety. Eternal Life put on flesh and stepped into time to bring God's Kingdom to us in the present. As beleivers we are to be a light post to this darkened world so that by our actions we will attract those who are in the dark to our light which is found in Christ Jesus. Jesus teachings were radical to what the Jews believed the Messiah would do. Jesus said victory would not come from might but through love, forgiveness, and mercy. He taught that we should love or enemies and bless those who offend us. We should not be concerned about our wordly needs or desires but to seek God and all these thing will be given to us.

That he never traveled more than 200 miles away from his home to do his ministry, and how the people were divided into the three classes.
