I also wonder if he was approached this way by Judas as a way to show that he was coming peacefully (as some suggest, as a wolf in sheep's clothing). In what ways can we be watching for the coming of the Son of Man? We should not have to worry and be watching for the coming of the Son of Man. If we are living the lives as we should, when the day comes we will always be ready and have no need to prepare. Every day is our preperation and the first day of eternal life.
