Why is it OK with God to pay the one who worked all day the same amount paid to the one who worked only an hour? God doesn't show any favortism He loves everyone the same.

Why is it OK with God to pay the one who worked all day the same amount paid to the one who worked only an hour? God is our Father and he treats everyone equally. Whether he is a rich man or a poor man in God's eyes everbody is loved by him.
