Brief summary of Jesus with I know today

Jesus lived a 'regular' life until He was 30. He accomplished changing the world in just 3 years. He created a fellowship of believers by following the Jewish laws perfectly save 1.....naming Himself God. He was arrested, tried, and convicted for breaking that law only and even then, the Jewish leaders only accomplished that by convincing a weak governor, Pilate, that he would suffer politically if he didn't. However, at the Resurrection, the following 40 days, and finally the Ascention, He proved beyond doubt that He indeed was/is God.

If you were Mark, writing a short report to demonstrate to a Roman audience that Jesus (a Jewish man) was "the Son of God", what would you include in that report?

I would include this very key point:

I worked very close to Jesus, through Peter. I knew His teachings and had seen firsthand many wonderful things that humans cannot do. I can also attest to His behavior matching His words. With the miracles I have seen, I can tell you that Jesus is the Son of God.
