No, I do not believe so.  If we read John 26:42- 42 He went away again a second time and prayed, saying, “My Father, if this cannot pass away unless I drink it, Your will be done.

 

He knew his fate, but knew God's timing is perfect.  He was led by the spirit wherever it would take him and he was set on the path laid out for him by God the father.  By these words " If this cannot pass away unless I drink it, Let YOUR will be done"

 

Tha is acceptence knowing the time of his betrayl was at hand.  I don't believe that he was or would have incited his fate until the father said it was his time.
