Accepting JESUS as our LORD and saviour will certainly be a good start as a way to receive eternal life. Jesus is guaranteeing those who know and accept the Father and Himself "eternal life." To all those who accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior and follow him, eternal life, that is, everlasting life after physical death, is guaranteed. How glorious is our current and future life with Christ! What an opportunity He offers those who believe His Word and accept Him! Praises to the Father for this wonderful opportunity to serve and live with Jesus Christ forever! What point is Jesus making when He states "eternal life" is knowing the Father and Jesus Christ?
