Why did Jesus equate raising Lazarus from the dead with "seeing the glory of God"?

That is exactly what is was, "the glory of God" in the ultimate example of believing and faith in God's will.

What did Jesus mean when He said one can live even if he dies? Bonus question: Why did Jesus weep when He knew He would raise Lazarus?

If you believe in God's word and live by his commandments, you will be granted eternal life and live in his Kingdom forever. Jesus wept when he saw the suffering of Mary and the others over the loss Lazarus. Even though we may not be able to see them in human form, our loved ones that are true believers are living forever in God's Kingdom.

Why did Jesus delay for two days before going to see Lazarus?

Jesus waited two days because he wanted to show his desciples that the true power of life and death is in the hands of the Lord. He has total control of who sleeps forever or who is granted eternal life.
