Jesus, The Messiah

I already knew about this part of Jesus life, but I didn´t remember that the time He came back of death, he live´s about more 40 days walking around Israel. It´s not necessary to prove that He´s God but works to tell people that doesn´t believe it.

Jesus was commited to sacrifice his own life. What did he mean by the statement, "For who ever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the gospel will save it"?

How to explain: the statement of Mark when it say:...but whoever loses his life for my sake and the gospel will saveit...."
