What is the role of the Holy Spirit during Jesus` challenge with the devil?

The Holy Spirit led Jesus to be tempted according to the will of God. The Holy Spirit was there with Jesus giving support perhaps in the form of of scripture. It is noteworthy that Jesus battled against every temptation with scripture and did not use any spiritual techniques as employed by modern day warfare experts.

Give examples of "Fruit worthy of repentance?" (John´s examples or your own)

The Jews was having an attitude of superiority and were awaiting their Messiah to come and destroy the Romans. They werent concerned with the real issues facing humaity but rather their elevated nature as the stock of Israel - the people of God. John wanted them to come in all Humility, in recognition of their sinfullness, lack of pride, in a spirit f meekness and goodness. These were attitudes worthy of repentance.

Jesus understood his humanity and his Divinity. He knew he was man and at the same time God was his father.
