Why does Jesus keep telling the disciples that He is about to die? Jeus wanted his disciples to be prepared for the mission that was ordained by God that he had to be crucified for our sins, without his crucifixion we would not be able to live our lives for Christ, he bore the burden of our sins.
Do you remember Adam and Eve was tempted by Satan and the ate the forbidden fruit. So Christ had to die for us to redeem us from our sins. He wanted his disciples to be ready to fulfil the prophecy that he was preaching.
