336 entries for this category: Because Jesus had to sacrifice for our sins so that mankind does not need to suffer spiritual separation from God. Jesus shows us his complete rely on God his father. I think through his suffering and death Jesus wants that christians act the same way too and trust God our father. Why did Jesus use the greeting. "Peace be to you"? Was there special signiificance in this greeting? Jesus wanted that his disciples were happy, feel good because when a person is at peace he feels in a calm state and have no worries, I think that he feels in heaven. Peace is the best gift God may give us.
