In no uncertain terms! Jesus on many occasions demomstrated his compassion, love and care for the lowly.  He was seen on many occasions during his public ministry interacting with the outcasts and those looked down on by others. Examles of this is his dining atv the house of zaccheus(Luke 19: 1-11).

The healing of the woman with the issue of blood as well as hi meeting with thewwoman at the well. Jesus also healed the nman with leprosy( a disease with caused persons to be considered as lowly and less valuable than others). This interaction by Jesus with these people brings us to see the humanness in him despite being the Messiah.
