He knew that He was chosen to suffer and die for us, but in His emotions He ask His Father, if this pain, this sorrow, this distressing time could just be taken from Him do so, but in the same breathe He said, 'not my will but thine be done'. He knew it was His Fathers' will. He loves us and there is nothing impossible for Him. After the people rejected or killed the servants whom God sent to reap from the vineyard, God sent His Son Jesus and being He was the Son of the farmer, one though he would have gaines more respect, but they killed Him so they could reap everything for themselves. That is why it is said in the Bible that the chief cornerstone was rejected by its own. This same cornerstone is Jesus, we cannot do anything that is good without Him. In anticipation of what is ahead, Jesus experiences intense emotions, described as trouble, distress and exceeding sorrow. What final decision does Jesus make here in discussion with his "Abba Father" (daddy)?

What is Jesus trying to teach with this parable? Hint: The vineyard (where grapes are grown) is Israel; The farmer is God; the servants are the prophets who were sent by God; the son is Jesus; and the tenants are religious leaders of the Jews.
