What was Jesus trying to teach people when He deliberately violated the Sabbath in order to heal people?

Jesus was trying to teach people that it is okay to heal people on the sabbath day... as long as it is something that was done in good faith.

When answering John`s question about whether He was the Christ, why did Jesus point out the results of his ministry rather than just saying yes or no?

Because Jesus answered and said unto them, go and shew John again those things which ye do hear and see, the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear, and the dead are raised up and the poor have the gospel preached to them.

Why do only some choose to accept Jesus and others oppose Him and His followers?

Some choose to accept Jesus and others oppose him and his followers because they don't beleive or have faith in Jesus. Yes there are some of us that do believe in him , althought we can't see him but we as his followers we are taught to have faith and just follow Jesus and we will see the end result. Non believers don't be afraid,open up and allow Jesus come into your heart!!
