Most Christians praise God when everything is going on well for for them.  As soon as trouble comes they tend to loose their focus from Jesus Christ, trying to fix the problem on their own. 

But they should always remember that when we are weak and suffering difficult circumstances, we have a sympathizing Jesus who can bear any burden we carry.  We just have to leave them at the altar in prayer and allow Jesus to take control of everything.

Jesus is still the same today just as He was 2000 years ago.  Jesus is using his disciples/followers of the gospel to carry on his ministry that He has set before us.

Through faith, fasting and prayers many people have been healed from various types of sicknesses.  Broken hearts have been mended and words of comfort spoken to those who needs to be comforted. All of this is possible because of the intercession of the Holy Spirit.
