When you accept Jesus as your savior, obey the two commands He gave to love the Lord and love your neighbour, you have peace within. In our human nature we still sin but He allow us to come to Him and ask for forgiveness and He pardon us.

When you have that connection with Jesus the kingdom of God is within you. Seek Jesus, He saves, He loves us and he punish us when we are wrong even though He forgives.

I give up asking Jesus to change other people, (in my life), and ask Him to change me and to make me into what or whom He wants me to be. I think Jesus would say, to work on myself and leave others to Him.

 We have to give an account for ourself when the time comes, He will not ask us for anyone else.
