He came to our level to understand us fully and to reach us to show the Way of Life. Sending Jesus to us in human form was God's way of showing His love and humilty for His people, seeing the presence of God enable us to draw closer to Him, and given the opportunity to come to Him on our own, instead of a priest as in the days of old, doing it on your own was another effective way for God to draw us closer to Him, to have a relationship with Him, to be connected at all times. Jesus is this Connection.
