The benefits of worrying is none, some may say it keeps you alert, but we go overboard with this and it cause problems. The disbenefits or cost of worrying brings doubt to the Word of God,and where there is doubt, faith has no room to work, and the exsistence of the Holy Spirit gradually leaves the body. God wants us to be obedient and faithful, if we observe, other living species on this planet earth, do not worry, and still are fed, watered and clothed. We were not born with this spirit, why entertain it.
