Jesus described his generation as "Faithless and perverse". How would Jesus describe your generation?
Jesus would describe some people in this generation as fatherless also.anyone without Christ in their life is fatherless. If we don't know Christ then we don't know the father who sent Him. As children of the most High, we know that we have a heavenly father who lives in us as He lives in Jesus. We are one. Jesus said I am in my father and my father is in me. Those who are lost in this generation are fatherless.

Why did Jesus ask his followers to pray for laborers instead of praying for a greater harvest?

Laborers are essential to the harvest. "The Harvest," eternal life, is their for all, but the laborers are few. Jesus wants all of us here on earth to enter into the Kingdom, become followers and spread the Word of God: reap the harvest. So it is our duty as His Children to pray for laborers, increase the flock. He knows why we are to pray.

Why did Jesus say, "Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and announce the Kingdom of God"?
When the Lord calls upon you, leave everything and obey. The dead burying their own, meaning this purpose has already been taken care of, the Kingdom of God is alive and needs to be told.
