339 entries for this category: Why do you think Jesus did not speak to Herod nor answer Pilate? I think it was because Jesus knew that neither Herod nor Pilate cared about God's word or was waiting for the Messiah. Herod wanted only to see the miracles to satisfy his curiosity as if it was magic or circus. And Pilate wanted only to do his regular job and avoid anything that could do harm to his dominant position. Speaking to them would be meaningless.

Would you arrest someone that who you just saw heal a man`s ear- when the ear was cut off and healed right before your eyes? No, I would not. But I would neither stop others to arrest him. Actually, I would be dumpfounded and totally confused about what was happening before my eyes: How could a man heal another man's ear in such a way?! Why did he heal a man who wanted to arrest him? What a kind of tender love was bearing in this man's heart even when he was facing a gang of brutal men who were just agaist him? But I would not be brave enough to stop those who were arresting him because I was coward and I was afraid to be attacked, too. I would follow him to see what would happen next and how he would react. I would want to know about him more.

Has praying helped you? - If so how? Yes, it has, although not every time. I found calmness from praying. There was still in my heart after praying. But I'm not muture in praying yet.
