339 entries for this category: He shows his courage, the strong will to fulfill his mission assigned by Father God, and his love to sacrifice for the people. He knew that to die for people was his purpose to come into the world and he must achieve that. But how terrible it would be to know someone self's death! How trembling I would be if it were me. There must have been strong passion inside of Jesus. Hallelujah! If it were not him, we would have been doomed to eternal death. Glory belongs to God forever! The common people are praising Jesus, expecting him to become Israel`s next king. Jesus knew they would turn against him a few days later when he disappointed their expectation. Do you have expections of Jesus which he did not promise? Yes, there must have been some, although I cannot remember clearly. My problem is that I can seldom hear or feel Jesus. Hence, I can't distinguish which is promised my him and which not, in some case, at least. I pray to the Lord that he give me new ears and new heart so that I can hear and feel him. Amen!

Jesus defines a great person as one who serves others. What did Jesus mean when he said he "did not come to be served, but to serve and give his life as a ransom for many."? Jesus was predicting his sacrifice on the cross for us all, which had been depicted in the Scripture that the Messiah would come into the world to save people from sins. He meant he came with the supreme mission to give us instead of take from us. He also gave us the best example of "blessed are those who give than who take".
