Anyway your constant Prayers in secret is very hard. Therefore it may be neccesary to have a prayerbook like the CommonPrayer of Anglican Church.What Jesus really means maybe is that whose who do not acquire prayers in secret,may not participate in undeniable, public prayers.

Why does God appreciate prayers in secret more than public prayers? For public prayers on the one hand are sometimes unneccerarily rather uglily,even though earnest apt to pander to people and to be self-absorbed,but prayers in secret on the other hand in your private room reach directly to God your Father who is in that secret place.
