One thing I know is true, fasting draws one closer to God. Jesus fasted for forty days, Daniel fasted too and the kings of Israel David fasted prior they embark in a battle. Fasting is not dieting or an option to defeat sugar diebetic, however one must do it secretively and intercede with God throughout the process. As Paul argued that a baby requires first feed meals and a grown up requires strong meals. So is in fasting, you cannot expert to fast seven days from the onset. You need to do it gradually.
