The important matter is the faith in Jesus of the community to which you belong . in forgiving all your offences, in curing all your diseases, in redeeming your life from the Pit, in crowning you with love and tenderness, in filling your years with prosperity, in renewing your youth like an eagle`s. Both Jew and pagan are justified through the free gift of his grace by being redeemed in Christ Jesus who was appointed by God to sacrifice his life so as to win reconciliation through faith. Why did Jesus first forgive the paralytic`s sins, and only later heal him? What lesson was he trying to communicate?
