Because 1)Jesus himself has passed through the temtation,he is able to help those who are in the midst of their temptation,and 2)Jesus who has been tempted in every way as we have,makes us approach the throne of grace , in order that we may receive mercy and find grace to give us timely help.Hebrews 2:18,4:15-16
