Why does Jesus call "Love One Another" a "New" commandment?

The world of today is lacking of love as when Jesus was nearly 2000 years back.

Love one another means first you love yourself then love your family members then love your friends and finally love your enemies.

Keep low in front of GOD and the people of mastermind, you will be exhorted.

Sever the poor clean their feet as Jesus did. This is the true love of with one another.
