Why is it that God is so upset with hypocrites? What makes hypocracy so wrong?

God is so upset with hypocrites because they see speck on the other's eye but not beam on their own eye. hypocrisy judges others without considering their own sins which is wrong.

I treasure heavenly treasures where my heart will be also there. I delight in my sound eye,where the entire body is full of light.No one can serve two masters i.e both God and Mammon
