Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?

Yes. I'm absoltely sure He believes lowly people are valuable. They are precious to Him. Let me share something that happened recently. I teach at a university where engg. students study. One of the students is unable to use her legs. She's been provided with a tricycle by the govt. Two weeks back it fell on her leg that was operated upon & she had to leave the campus. It broke my heart to know this. She is a Hindu. But I began to pray for her and I requested my Sunday School children to pray for her. Praise God she came back after two weeks. She's much better now. Our God is a compassionate God. He's always there for the poor and the lowly. There's no doubt it.
