The compassion of Jesus is different from the compassion of the world. There are many people who are compassionate who do not even know Jesus.  That compassion wheather they admit or not is from a selfish motive. . Mathew :14:14 jesus had pity and deep sympathy for the multitude because they were like sheep without a shepherd.  . He showed His mercy and kindness  towards the miserable and afflicted

  At Nain , when Jesus saw the widow, he raised her son without her asking for it. The godly compassion moved jesusto restore her to a life from bitterness and loneliness to great joy and know the power of God. Jesus 's compassion as James says  is wholehearted, straight forward, impartial and unfeigned. When we have Christ in us we will also be compassionate. Halleluia!
