Jesus came to demonstrate God's LOVE and He accomplished it. It includes all other aspects of His words and deeds.  

Intimacy and obedience:

1. Intimacy:"Those who abide in me and I in them bear much fruit, because apart from me you can do nothing."(Jn 15:5).

2.To achieve this one must obey His commandment (love);"If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I hve kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love"
