Compassion means to be unable to resist  helping someone. I feel that for that compassion to come to a person , he has to first have undergone some amount of suffering in his own life.Because having suffered ,a person starts to sympathize with his fellow humans and starts doing his bit to help them.So writing this answer ,I now realize that why Jesus is making me suffer for no mistake of mine. Maybe he wants me to be more compassionate...........
