Since Jesus knew that He was to be crucified, why did He not just avoid trouble by leaving town?

If JESUS would have avoid trouble by leaving the town then HIS purpose would not be fulfilled and we would not be saved. GOD came on this world in he form of human being because He Loves Us and only by HIS precious our sin can be clean.
