It is so important to God that we forgive others, when they sin against us, because our God wants to save our souls by forgiving us and showing us the right way as we see in the Lord`s prayer - Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Only when we forgive others can we be forgiven by God and save our souls.

How does hardness of heart lead to divorce? How does one avoid having a hard heart? When the heart does not feel others pain, it becomes hard and love and mercy do not stay there. Hence divorce happens when there is no love in the heart. And the love which we are talking about is pure, mutual love and not lust. A love which disciplines, a love which corrects, a love which is patient, not irritable, a love which is forgiving, ...says 1 Corinthians 13. When this love exists between the man and his wife, then divorce is not at all possible.
We can avoid having a hard heart by making ourself humble like a child first. Then try to understand others pain and not complain about our problems in life all the time. Pray for them. Also pray to God for the melting of our hearts towards othersin pain so that we may love them as our God has loved us when we were in pain. Be satisfied with what you have. Forgive, forgive, forgive.

Why didn`t the disciples want little children to come to Jesus? Why did Jesus allow the little children to come? The disciples didn`t want little children to come to Jesus because they were thinking in a worldly manner. They felt that children would disturb Jesus and He would not like it. But Jesus used this example of children to show what kind of people are needed in the Kingdom of God.
