God distanced from man because of his sins and when Jesus bore mans sin, God distanced from Jesus as he assumed mankinds sin. As a consequence Jesus had to suffer physically and spiritually for God disrupted His link with Jesus as God would do from any man with sin. Subsequently by Jesus death he took away mans past sins. This re-opens Gods portal to man. And God by His Grace accepts man in His presence when Jesus relives and arose as Gods son, free of all sins, to sit on the right side of God.

What is the Kingdom of God?

The Kingdom of God is not just another name for the Church. The Kingdom is a much broader and more important entity than the Church.The Lord is saying that the time will come when his glory will be present in every part of the earth. There will be no place in the world, where his name is not honoured and glorified. He will be victorious through the entire earth. All things will be brought into submission to him as the kingdom of God is extended throughout the earth.
