Jesus declared the Son of Man is empowered to forgive sin on earth, knowing the Pharisees were out to condemn him of blasphemy for they believed only God can forgive according to the laws of Moses. Jesus being God sent could perform miracles that none had ever seen before and that became a treat to the Pharisees and Saddesees who believed Jesus was just like any man.

During the period of Jesus preaching, lepers were considered outcasts, untouchable and considered sinners by the society. Jesus purposely touch the leper to show that his mission is to heal all especially sinners and the inflicted so they will turn to God. Those who do not seek Jesus is missing out on Gods healing power.

After a long night with no success in catching any fish, Peter was wary when Jesus ask him to lower the fishing net to fish again. To his surprise he and his friends caught boatful of fish thereafter . He realised that he had sin for doubting Jesus. Despite this Jesus invited Peter to follow him on his mission to pursuit men to learn the goodness of Gods ways and His kingdom.That changed Peters attitude and perspective of his future.
