1013 entries for this category: Citing the parable of the tenants, Jesus wanted to convey to the people that their life on earth is temporary and similar to been tenants on earth whom God has given farmlands to till and benefit. Despite been away, God sent prophets(servants) to spread and realise the benefits(fruits) of proper farming(living righteous lifestyle) but the people mistreated or drove the prophets away and even killed them. Even when God sent his Son, Jesus, they killed him out of greed to retain eternal ownership and power. Thus God will regain the gifts of life and its benefits and hand it to those who deserve it.

God distanced from man because of his sins and when Jesus bore mans sin, God distanced from Jesus as he assumed mankinds sin. As a consequence Jesus had to suffer physically and spiritually for God disrupted His link with Jesus as God would do from any man with sin. Subsequently by Jesus death he took away mans past sins. This re-opens Gods portal to man. And God by His Grace accepts man in His presence when Jesus relives and arose as Gods son, free of all sins, to sit on the right side of God.

What is the Kingdom of God? The Kingdom of God is not just another name for the Church. The Kingdom is a much broader and more important entity than the Church.The Lord is saying that the time will come when his glory will be present in every part of the earth. There will be no place in the world, where his name is not honoured and glorified. He will be victorious through the entire earth. All things will be brought into submission to him as the kingdom of God is extended throughout the earth.
