He was seen as a threat to the leaders and Ceasar 3. They dont believe that He is Son Of God 4. He spoke against them for their sins and thus hurt them most 5. He is the central of attraction due to the false accusations hurled against Him In betraying Jesus, Judas gained: 1. condemnation for treason ; 2. he sold his soul for monetary gain; 3. he paid the price by taking his own life; 4. he full of guilt and remorse that he returned the money 5. his act reminds us of our own act of treachery and cunningness by back stabbing our friends and colleagues for our own benefits. Utimately, we will pay the price of deciet and have to answer our sins on our last day. Because Jesus wants us to know that besides the prevoius 10 commandments, this is equally just as important. When we love one another like our family, love is spread in a positive way and this makes the world more peaceful and tension is grown. We will then learn to be less selfish and learn how to share and care with our loved ones Why did the multitude want Barabbas released rather than Jesus?
