How does Jesus` answer to the robber make you feel? "Assuredly I tell you, today you will be with me in Paradise." It makes me feel loved and forgiven. Though my sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow, He promised.
And in believing that promise and Him, I am forgiven and saved and it makes me feel whole and very glad.

Why do you think Jesus did not speak to Herod nor answer Pilate? Jesus did not reply to Herod qnd Pilate because He did not believe in the authority of these two leaders. To answer them would be pointless as they also did not believe in Jesus.
