It nourished ou spirit and have a better relationship with him. Also remember that God is good and he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes in him shall not perished but have eternal life. We have been save by his blood and by repenting and believing that he is Jesus and accepting him as our Lord and savoir then you shall have eternal life.

How did (does) repenting prepare someone for the Kingdom of God? To repent is to be sorry and sad and regret for having sinned. Its realizing we have hurt and disappointed God and feel sorry for it and resolve not to do it again. In so doing, it pleases God and thus bring us closer to Him. And be worthy of His Kingdom.

How did Joseph know it was a real angel appearing to him in his dreams, and not just , for example, indigestion? If the angle of God have shown himself to Joseph, he can also show himself the second time and Joseph knew it was a real Angel because it keep them safe.
