How does Jesus describe the person who calls him "Lord" but doesn`t do what he says? Jesus compares them to the house that is build in the soft foundation, that when the storm comes and the river swell, the flood swept the house away. The house is represented by the person who calls him Lord but when persecution and trials comes he is shaken and give up his faith, so he goes with the enemy..

Did Jesus judge others? Note: Jesus demonstrated emphathic listening to a broken hurting person, while still calling that person to certain behavior. No Jesus did not judge others,but he has the Authority to do so for He is our saviour.
