Why do you think Jesus chose, after he rose, to show Himself first to Mary Magdalene? Mary Magdalene was the person who broke her alabaster jar and anointed the feet of Jesus with the expensive perfume to prepare him for His burial. Jesus saw her courage to face the Roman soldier just to pay her last respect for the Lord. Jesus rewarded her for her boldness in demonstrating her love for Jesus despite threat in her life.

When Jesus said, "it is finished", what did "it" refer to? That is, what was finished? when Jesus said it is finished, satan is finished because their is already a way for a man to be connected to God again and nothing in this world that can separate us from the love of God.
