Jesus knew they would turn against him a few days later when he disappointed their expectation. Do you have expections of Jesus which he did not promise? Since I was a child, never i remembered that all good expectations Jesus did'nt gave to me, only some that can lead me into failures that i had been expecting never HE gave me to which i am thankful.

What did the blind man acknowledge about Jesus by calling him the "Son of David."? Note: David was a great king of Israel. The "Messiah" was predicted to be a direct descendent of David, as Jesus was. He believed in his heart that Jesus is the son of God, Tthat came from the decendants of the great king David. As the son of God He have to have faith in Him that Jesus will heal his blindness. Eventually Jesus heal him because of his great Faith.
